Amulets
am-u-let, n. an object worn, especially around the neck, as a charm against evil or injury; a talisman.
In 2003, I began making unique sculptural pendants that I call amulets. People always ask me what they are or mean and my reply is if you see one that you are drawn to, the significance should come from within you. My inspiration for these designs come from tribal jewelry, ancient symbols, Art Nouveau and sometimes just the way the glass wants to flow. The color choices above will link you to amulets in that color palette. The amulets on the these pages have horizontal bead holes and can be worn on a chain or cord. Most of them can also be acid etched for a matte finish, if they haven't been already. |
