information: item, quantity, colors and options (if applicable),
contact information, and payment method.

If paying by check or money
order, please indicate this on your e-mail request and I will send you
my address information.

Most items will be mailed to you
within 3 business days of payment (see below), unless I am out of
those beads. I will let you know if it will take longer than three
business days. Special orders and beads that are not in stock
may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Shipping Info
Items are mailed after payment is received and after checks have
cleared the bank. Items shipped within the USA will be mailed via the
US Postal Service. Prices will vary based on quantity, but usually
costs $3.85 for priority mail or $1.80 for first class mail. Items
will also be insured based on value. Shipping to addresses outside the
USA is also available. The cost of shipping will be added to your
total cost.

I hope you are happy with the

jewelry to my customers and for you to be satisfied with them.
If you are not happy with your purchase, I will refund the cost of the
item. Please follow these steps for returning merchandise:

within 10 days of receipt of item and notify me that you would like to
return item; a reason for the return is appreciated

refunded to you via the same payment method used to pay for the item
(Paypal, check, etc.)
